About me:
I’m a mother, wife, daughter and sister and have turned my passion into my life’s work. I founded the B U Girl Tween and Teen workshops in 2012 and since then have helped hundreds of tween and tween girls and their mums love and accept themselves and allow themselves to shine brightly. My workshops and Mother and Daughter retreats have enabled the girls to learn tools and the mindset to allow themselves to develop their self esteem and confidence that belongs to them alone. It is my mission to help as many girls as I can, understand that they need to be the change in their friendships, relationships and in general, if they are to attract abundance, love and respect into their own life. Most importantly to have a sense of gratitude that will enable them to keep on giving and receiving without expectation, but purely because they are being their most authentic self in loving and appreciating their mind, body and soul.
