About me:
I walk through the world as a disruptive force. I’ve never played by the rules, never done as I was told, never stepped back into line. I have no problem challenging boundaries and speaking up about things that require speaking up about. I’ve never understood what’s normal about normality. I cannot bear injustice or inequality of any kind and will call it anywhere I see it, hear it, feel it. This does not make me popular. I am a teacher, mentor, guide. I have created and teach a conscious dance fitness class that connects women back with their bodies and facilitates deep healing, helping them come home and supporting them whilst they settle back in. I love women. I wish for women to see the sacred in themselves, the magic they are wired for and the formidable spirit they embody. I came this lifetime to hold space for my sisters to awaken, to heal, to embrace their greatness and to take their place, in wholeness, in our world that needs them now more than ever before.
