I am an Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition Coach. I help people explore and understand how their thoughts, emotions and beliefs can affect cravings, weight, metabolism and eating behaviour. I help get people out of the cycle of chronic dieting and find a more peaceful way to be with food & weight that is enjoyable and sustainable. I’ve been on my own journey with control & perfectionism that had me in a constant struggle with food & weight. I’ve learned to find joy and pleasure in movement & food in a way I never thought was possible. It doesn’t have to be a struggle, it can be easy if you let it be.
