And yet over the past 7 years of leading The Body Image Movement I’ve met thousands of brilliant, capable and intelligent women who have waged a war against their body resulting in feelings of exhaustion, depression and regret.

It’s my mission, using all of the proven strategies in the Embrace You program to help you reconnect with your sense of joy, freedom and purpose. I am going to lovingly nudge you towards saying yes when you want to say no. I am going to teach you how to tune out of the toxic messages and tune into your intuition. I am going to show you how to move your body for pleasure and not punishment and I will inspire you to laugh more, dance more and live more.

Where do I find the Q&A videos from Taryn & expert guests?

All Q&A sessions featuring Taryn and the expert guests are found in the Embrace You eportal.

How much time do I need to invest?

Embrace You has been designed to be completed in 4 weeks, however as the journey to embrace is as unique as you are, be flexible in your approach. Take the time you need to get the most out of the program. The amount of time you put in will reflect the value you get. We suggest 1-3 hours a week but that doesn’t have to be done in one go. Complete the activities at your own pace in your own space.

How long do I have access to the content?

You will have lifetime access to Embrace You. There is no expiry date.

What if I miss a week?

That’s fine! Just pick up where you left off. This isn’t a race, so take it at your own pace (there’s no gold star for completing the episodes early!) It’s totally okay if the learning takes you longer than 4 weeks.

Can I do Embrace You on the go?

Yes! All of the episodes are available as downloadable audio files so you can listen at your leisure, in the car on your way to work or wherever you can find 10 minutes. You can easily access the course content online, through a computer, smart phone, laptop or tablet so it couldn’t be more simple.
